ACCREDITATION

In addition to being accredited by the Continuing Professional Development Standards Office (CPDSO) as an education and training provider for multisectoral professionals, the Women’s Wellness Institute is also accredited by the New Jersey Department of Health (NJDOH) as an approved public health continuing education provider, and by the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) as an approved SHRM-CP and SHRM-SCP Recertification Provider.

The CPDSO accreditation affirms that the Women’s Wellness MHPSS practitioner certification program meets globally recognized standards of quality and rigor in continuing professional development https://directory.cpdstandards.com/providers/womens-wellness-institute/ . In parallel, approval from the NJDOH ensures that the program meets state-level requirements for continuing education in public health, supporting workforce development across clinical, community, and institutional settings. Recognition by SHRM provides additional assurance that the Institute’s programs align with workplace and organizational learning standards, enabling HR professionals and organizational leaders to apply earned credits toward their SHRM recertification requirements while strengthening workplace wellbeing practices.

Through CPDSO, NJDOH and SHRM, the MHPSS-CP ™ course meets the standards required to design and implement curricula and competency frameworks that ensure learners gain both theoretical knowledge and practical skills to provide learners with qualifications that reflect professional credibility and readiness to deliver integrative MHPSS services across health, workplace, and community settings, while also enabling organizations to start or scale mental health and wellness practitioner programs.

These standards are aligned with national and international frameworks for professional development, workplace learning, and public health practice. Learners are equipped with competencies that map to evolving needs in mental health, psychosocial support, and women’s wellness across diverse populations and workplace environments.
